Terms of Service
Last updated: May 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Last Pixel. By creating an account or purchasing a pixel, you agree to the rules below.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase pixels on Last Pixel. You are responsible for ensuring that participating in pixel rounds is lawful in your country.
2. Accounts
Authentication is handled exclusively via one-time codes sent to your verified email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure. You may not share your account or operate multiple accounts to circumvent fair-play rules.
3. Purchases and payments
All purchases are made in cryptocurrency through our payment provider, Oxapay. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain and finalized in our system, the corresponding pixels are sealed to your account for the active round. Payments that fail or expire on Oxapay are released without sealing any pixels.
Because pixel rounds are based on a fair, unpredictable outcome, completed purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Winner selection
When a round closes, the winner is determined by the formula winningIndex = parseInt(blockHash, 16) % totalPixels using the announced Bitcoin block hash. The owner of that pixel at the moment the round closes wins the prize pool. The result is final and verifiable by anyone.
5. Prizes and payouts
Prizes are paid in cryptocurrency to the wallet address that the winner has saved in their dashboard at the time the round closes. It is the user’s responsibility to keep their wallet network and address up to date. Prizes paid to an incorrect address provided by the user cannot be reversed.
6. Fair play
You agree not to attempt to manipulate the platform, use automated scripts to monopolize purchases unfairly, or interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules and to invalidate purchases obtained through abuse.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages or unforeseeable events may temporarily affect grids, payments or the dashboard. Round outcomes are unaffected by downtime, since they are derived from public Bitcoin data.
8. Intellectual property
The Last Pixel name, logo, design system and source code are the property of the operators of this platform. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. The Bitcoin protocol and underlying networks are the property of their respective communities.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Last Pixel and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Your maximum recoverable amount in any dispute is limited to the value of your unfulfilled purchases on the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent revision date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
